When will my order ship?

I aim to ship orders as quickly as my work schedule allows, usually within 2-3 business days. If I do not have an item on hand and it has to be ordered from Senegence, a confirmation email will be sent letting you know with an updated estimated shipping date. You are also welcome to order through my SeneSite: www.senegence.com/nealysliprx.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/damaged/incorrect?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
